1	Quality embalming and and embalming report to be completed prior to shipping, one copy with the remains and one copy faxed to NMS
2	Clear and prompt communication as to the status of the case with our office.
3	All remains to be shipped in coveralls, hospital gown and wrapped in a sheet.
4	All certified copies to be mailed where indicated in a timely manner.
5	Your bill and a copy of the air bill mailed to our office.
